Its maiden project, Tara Residences, along Tandang Sora Avenue, is less than 2 kilometers away from Commonwealth Avenue and only some 10 minutes away from the major universities in Diliman, Quezon City.

ASEC’s first venture into property development, The Regalia Group Corporation was formed in 1996 to develop residential projects catering to the middle to upper-middle market. ASEC successfully debuted into property development in partnership with its most favored supplier and subcontractor friends, Pag-asa Steel Works, Inc. & Monark Constructors Corporation.
